WhatsApp has extended the deadline for its privacy changes, from 8 Feb to 15 May.

After WhatsApp announced its new privacy policy, the world has begun looking to safer alternatives like Telegram or Signal.

WhatsApp had now given users more runway to decide, delaying the change to 15th May Instead of the previous 8th Feb.

Within days of the announcement, Singal to the the top charts for all apps, while Telegram has been second.

WhatsApp has also added: “No one will have their account suspended or deleted on February 8.”
